Bulbul Clothing Exchange Policy for Online Purchases:

Items purchased from our online store can be exchanged via courier by contacting our customer service and by following the Process mentioned below:

Conditions for Exchange:

  • A request for exchange must be submitted within 7 working days of receipt of the item.
  • The request must include the reason(s) for the exchange.
  • Items must be in their original packaging with intact price tags.
  • The original invoice must be sent along with the item.
  • Items must be free of any odors, perfume scents, stains, or signs of use or washing.
  • In case of any exchange & return customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.

 Non-Refundable Sales:

  • All sales are non-refundable. Refunds are only permitted for defective or wrongly shipped items.
  • Bulbul Clothing thoroughly investigates complaints to identify misuse of claims and reserves the right to cancel compensation in any instance.
